As Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer for LifeCare Properties (LCP) Jeremy Cole is directly responsible for real estate operations for all LCP assets. He oversees the company’s portfolio for asset management, strategic initiatives, pursuits for new development opportunities and innovation. When he’s not in the field, Jeremy operates out of LCP’s Louisville Kentucky office.

Prior to joining LCP Jeremy served as the CEO of Blake Management Group (BMG) where he helped lead the national growth of the Blake brand and new community development for over seven years. LCP is a joint venture partner with BMG in the development of premier senior living assets across the country.

Jeremy has an MBA in finance and marketing, a certificate in Real Estate Development from Cornell University, and is a member of the Harvard Graduate School of Design Alumni Association  (AMDP ’21).
